I have visited this store so many times in the past 2 weeks I am becoming farmiliar! Yesterday I went into Rona after an exhausting argument with Lowes and cancelling appliances already ordered. I went in with a chip on my shoulder and I was greeted by Linda and received INCREDIBLE service, even when I was being difficult. She found the appliances I wanted, put a rush on them for me, and then Angie called today letting me know they would be delivered THIS AFTERNOON!!!!
